I found God

  I believe that often times we go through a rough period because God is longing for us to draw near to Him. Well, this last year has been one big rough period for me, but somehow in the midst of it all, I've found God. I've found peace in His plan, and realized that He is always good. Even when I can't see it. 

 He's given me much more than I'll ever deserve and I'm so thankful for that. My way of thanking Him, is to offer up everything I have in worship of Him. This life I have and everything in it has been placed in His capable hands. I can't even begin to describe how amazing that feels. 

  Moments of extreme pain and sorrow still come over me sometimes, but when I fix my eyes on Him.... I walk on the water... instead of drowning because of the waves. 

  Y'all... I think I have my shalom back!!
