Toned

No, I don't have any weight to loose.
BUT
No, I'm not in shape. 
I was on pinterest the other day (you can follow me here )
and found these awesome workouts.
 My plan for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, tho I'm sure I won't be able to do all of that at first.

 My plan for Tuesdays and Thursdays, except I will only go through that list once instead of 3x


Intense? Yes. 
Worth it? Yes.

I'm excited to see what I'm capable of. 
 I'm gonna kick butt.
