I've dealt with more than my share of "haters" in my life. Especially in the last year or so. Though that I've learned something though. Why is it that I've been dealing with this more in the last year, than I have my whole life? The only answer I have, is that I've started to really run after God.
Y'all, I am so far from perfect it's not even funny, but that's okay. God hasn't called me.. or anyone to be perfect. He's called us to love Him, and those that He loves.
I've made a decision. My life isn't to be lived how others wished it was. God has laid out the purpose for my life, and it is His will that I shall follow. So I'm sorry if you don't like me or something I do. Take it up with God, because I'm only following Him. Any nasty comments will be responded to, with God guiding my words. You will not get a snapping answer from me.
6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.- Phil. 1:6

DeleteChristianity can be a funny thing sometimes. I know from experience; it seems that when you become really good inside, life gets harder, and it's just the opposite when you're bad inside.
ReplyDeleteI haven't dealt with haters other than the devil, really; I'm not used to associating much with people in general. So I can't say that I know what you're going through. But I can tell you this - I know that all things work together for the good of those who love God, and have been called according to His purpose. I think you fall into that category.
You're making a lot of good decisions, as it seems from here. This "anonymous" just seems to be watching only for the mistakes you make, and anyway, since beauty is in the eyes of the beholder... what I'm trying to say is, you're handling all this well and in a good Christian way. I admire you for that. All this fighting that you're having to do just proves how much God has in store for you. Jesus loves you!!
I doubt you understand how much everything you just said means to me. Words cannot express how much I appreciate your comments.. Your reading my blog... Everything. Thank you. I can't take any credit.. For any of this, for God is the reason.

It's my absolute pleasure. Alana, I can say, no doubt, that you're the third most inspiring person ever (just after Jesus and Kate - my Godmother - or mom now). I doubt you understand how much everything you say every day is such joy. It's a pleasure to be a blessing. Jesus loves you!!
