Life has been crazy hectic. So much going on. Y'all, community life is hard. It's super rewarding, but it's also very hard.
I was going to talk to y'all about what's on my heart... but I don't feel like baring my soul at the moment. Basically, God is growing me and stretching me in all ways and it hurts and it's hard. I'm so thankful for it, because it's the best kind of growing. It's just really hard. I guess I just ask that you pray.

ReplyDeleteAlana, I've been wondering if there's anything I can do for you, besides praying, without knowing what's happening, and a thought came to me just now, while I was thinking about something else entirely. The thought that came to me, in answer to something that was puzzling me, was to help spread the knowledge and love of God. Then I thought of you, and I had a feeling that I should share that with you. Just that thought, to help spread the knowledge and love of God. I'm not sure why I felt that way, or if saying this will mean anything to you. I'm sure that it isn't a new idea to you! The feeling was that it might mean something to you anyway, for someone to say that to you now.
ReplyDeleteSome more thoughts ... "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God ..." (Ephesians 2:8). The gift of faith from God is light and life, given by His grace, and I think it pleases Him for us to learn more and more to be channels of His grace, for others. Do you think so too? And the fruits of the spirit are part of what makes us channels of His grace.
