Bring on the Summer...

In exactly eight days, Miss Kezley Mae will be here.
A handful of days later, her parents and baby sister will arrive and move into the other house.
Around that time, Kt and her family will be coming to visit.
 I'm almost done with school.
I'm waiting to hear back about the play I auditioned for last week.
I'm thinking about how I might like to spend my summer, and day dreaming about August 25th. When I step into a new stage of my life. I've changed a lot in the last few years, but I get the feeling that this coming school year will drastically change my heart for the better. I have a lot of growing to do. Growing up as a person , and growing into God. I'm excited... really really excited.

I've been rereading some of my favorite books (Chop-chop series by L.N. Cronk). Two of my favorite books from that set are Alone (which is the last book) and What I Want (which is actually a stand alone novel, but it goes with the Chop Chop series).
Both of these books have lessons in them that really speak to me. Indecently, the lessons go together. Basically, they showed me that everything is for God's glory. God wants two base things from us. He wants us to love Him and to love His people both unconditionally. If we do those two things, then everything else will fall into place. We'll be selfless. That brings God glory. It isn't about what we want in life. It's about what God wants in our life.  Everything for the glory of God.
I'm not there yet, but I'm working on loving God and His people, because I want to glorify God. I really do. I want to glorify Him with my actions, speech, thoughts, and my heart. I will spend my life striving to glorify God in everything I do.

Shalom,
